De grote geopolitieke uitdagingen rond China zijn bij uitstek een zaak voor de NAVO, zeggen CDA-Kamerlid Derk Boswijk en HCSS Directeur Onderzoek Tim Sweijs in de BNR-podcast De Strateeg. “China’s opkomst in economische én in militaire zin is direct relevant voor Europa.”
Is doorvechten echt de enige oplossing in Oekraïne? Het Nederlands Dagblad sprak met Tim Sweijs, directeur onderzoek bij HCSS, en hij ziet het somber in. ‘Er zal nog veel bloed vloeien, hoe verschrikkelijk het ook is.
