„Als het écht heel belangrijk was, dan hadden de Russen dit nooit verspreid”, is HCSS strategisch analist Frederik Mertens overtuigd, over de gelekte plannen van de VS en NAVO over militaire steun aan Oekraine. „Dan zouden ze niet hebben gewild dat iemand zou weten dat ze deze documenten in handen hebben. Het is puur bedoeld om chaos en verwarring te zaaien,” zegt hij in De Telegraaf.
Poetins nieuwe ‘Concept voor het Buitenlandbeleid’ klinkt als een verkapte oorlogsverklaring, gericht op het ondermijnen van de stabiliteit van de EU en de Navo, schrijft Rob de Wijk zijn column voor Trouw. En Russische trollen en een dubieus gezelschap van meelopers en nuttige idioten blijken op Twitter bewust of onbewust onderdeel van de Russische propagandamachine te zijn.

On March 24th, HCSS strategic analyst Irina Patrahau participated in a panel on “Water, War, and Peace”, an official side event of the UN 2023 Water Conference in New York, where she presented the work of the Water, Peace and Security (WPS) consortium on water security in Iraq.
