This week, HCSS deputy director Michel Rademaker met with President Tsai Ing-wen at the Ketagalan Forum – 2023 Indo-Pacific Security Dialogue in Taiwan. Ten eerste: geloof maar niet dat je ergens veilig bent voor ons. En ten tweede: geloof maar niet dat je de Zwarte Zee kunt beheersen.”
