Jagannath Panda testified before the US-China Economic & Security Review Commission of the US Congress

HCSS senior fellow Dr. Jagannath Panda testified before the US-China Economic & Security Review Commission of the US Congress yesterday.

Dr. Panda, Head of Stockholm Centre for South Asian and Indo-Pacific Affairs (SCSA-IPA) at the Institute for Security and Development Policy (ISDP), spoke on China’s projection and pursuit of power in South Asia, and the implications for India.

Dr. Panda spoke as part of a panel that also included Tanvi Madan, Director of The India Project, Brookings Institution, and Akhil Bery, Director of South Asia Initiatives, Asia Society Policy Institute.
