Dr. Alexander Klimburg appointed new Head of Centre for Cybersecurity at World Economic Forum
Dr. Alexander Klimburg has been appointed as the new Head of the Centre for Cybersecurity at the World Economic Forum. He has stepped down as the HCSS Director of the Cyber Policy and Resilience Program, but will remain a Senior Fellow of the program.
Statement on The Interpretation of the Norm on Non-Interference with the Public Core
The Global Commission on the Stability of Cyberspace (GCSC) welcomes the strong interest of the international community in its work, especially in the norm on non-interference with the public core of the Internet. We are delighted that the concept of the public core of the Internet has been fully integrated in such diverse texts as the Paris Call for Trust and Security in Cyberspace and the Cyber Security Act of the European Union.
