Ukraine’s President Petro Poroshenko will travel to Brussels for talks on 26-27 August with European Council President Donald Tusk and European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker. Energy is set to be high on the agenda. The prospects of a new deal on Russian gas supplies for Ukraine are not good however.
