Telegraaf TV | Paul van Hooft: Met deze strategie wil Rusland de oorlog winnen

Het leek een stap in de goede richting: de graandeal tussen Rusland en Oekraïne, maar na een raketaanval op havenstad Odessa wankelt de overeenkomst. Er wordt opnieuw gevreesd voor een groot voedseltekort, waarschuwt Paul van Hooft, senior strategisch analist van het HCSS, bij de Telegraaf.
