From 1-3 October, the 2019 Global SOF Symposium took place in Brussels, Belgium. This was the 4th Global Special Operations Forces (SOF) Foundation event in Europe. Rob de Wijk took part in a panel on “The Changing Character of Warfare”.
The packed agenda included high-ranking speakers, with attendees ranging from active duty and retired military and police, government civilians, industry, academia, journalists, and non-governmental organizations.
