Poetin over kernwapens is strategische afschrikking onder kernparaplu

Poetin heeft een jaar geleden overwogen kernwapens in staat van paraatheid te brengen vanwege de Krimcrisis. Maar bang hoeven we daar niet van te worden, zegt Peter Wijninga. 

Wijninga gaf bij BNR Nieuwsradio een toelichting op de uitlatingen van Poetin en de grote militaire oefening waartoe hij opdracht gaf. Lees hier meer en luister het fragment hier terug.
