On 18-20 November 2013, Stephan De Spiegeleire took part in the 2013 Concept Development and Experimentation (CD&E) Conference.
This yearly event is organized by NATO’s Supreme Allies Commander Transformtaion and the US Joint Staff’s (US JS) to provide a unique opportunity for the international CD&E community and stakeholders to discuss the most current issues of concept development and experimentation in the process of capability development. The Netherlands Defence Staff was co-organizing this year’s edition, at which Stephan gave a talk on: “You Ain’t Seen Nothing Yet. The Soldier of the Future”
