On 3-4 December, Stephan De Spiegeleire will participate in the Baltic Defence Innovation Conference 2013.
This conference is organized by the Ministry of Defence of Estonia, the Ministry of Defence of Latvia, the Ministry of National Defence of Lithuania, the Baltic Defence College and the International Centre for Defence Studies.
The topic of his presentation will be “Innovative approaches to defence planning”
