HR Manager
Daniella Kranendonk is HR Manager and a member of the Management Team at HCSS. She has been part of the organisation since its establishment in 2007 and has developed her role from supporting founder Rob de Wijk to building and professionalising the HR function. With a strong commitment to both people and the organisation, she combines her HR responsibilities with a practical and hands-on approach.
Daniella is responsible for the full HR policy and advises the CEO, Management Team and employees on a wide range of personnel, organisational and employment-related matters. She is a trusted and approachable point of contact for colleagues and also serves as HCSS’s confidential adviser.
Daniella particularly enjoys working at HCSS because of the organisation’s collegial and driven spirit. As part of the Secretariat, she values the close collaboration and the great team around her. She holds an HR Business Partner qualification from Nyenrode Business University and a degree in Personnel Management (HRM) from ICM. In 2026, she completed the ICM training to become a confidential adviser and successfully passed the national Confidential Adviser examination.
