HCSS presents the Cyber Arms Watch at the ONE Conference

October 3, 2024

Yesterday, Michel Rademaker, Deputy Director of HCSS, together with Ivo Van Bennekom from PwC Nederland presented the Cyber Arms Watch Monitor at the ONE Conference in The Hague. A free-to-use platform, the Cyber Arms Watch Monitor provides groundbreaking insights into the declared and perceived cyber capabilities of almost 60 countries, providing much-needed information over the level of cyber transparency of different countries.

Upgraded with the data of PwC and Volexity, HCSS is now working on providing a novel feature that would produce unparallelled insights into interstate attacks, a must-have in these times of geopolitical turbulence. With its goal of providing clarity in the obscure realm of interstate cyberattacks, ultimately helping decision makers at all levels to access better information, the Cyber Arms Watch Monitor is still looking for contributors eager to break the collective action problem that has been plaguing the cybersecurity community.
