Dag van Progress

October 15, 2021

Op donderdag 14 oktober vond de jaarlijkse “Dag van Progress” plaats, waarbij het onderzoek van Instituut Clingendael en het Den Haag Centrum voor Strategische Studies (HCSS) breed onder de aandacht werd gebracht van beleidsmakers van de ministeries van Buitenlandse Zaken en Defensie. Het Europese handelingsvermogen in tijden van grote geopolitieke veranderingen stond dit jaar centraal.

De onderzoekers van beide denktanks blikten terug op de belangrijkste uitkomsten van hun gezamenlijke onderzoeksprogramma’s in 2021, en reflecteerden op de vraag hoe de verworven inzichten een rol kunnen spelen in de strategievorming op het gebied van defensie en buitenlandse veiligheid voor 2022 en verder.
