Strategische Vragen | De Strateeg: Kan een aanval op infrastructuur op zee leiden tot oorlog?

De Noordzee bevat veel cruciale infrastructuur, maar die staat steeds vaker onder druk. Daarom moeten onder meer kabels op de zeebodem beter beschermd worden. Maar hoe ver kan je daarin gaan? Kan een aanval op zo’n kabel tot een oorlog leiden?
