The European Green Deal will – if it is resolutely implemented – have fundamental geopolitical consequences. In a workshop organized by the European Greens, we will approach the topic from a higher-level perspective. HCSS Deputy Director Michel Rademaker will be presenting the newly developed “Climate Security Risk Index“. Other topics include climate diplomacy and the possible effects on the EU’s relations with the USA, China and other actors around the world.
