Strategische Vragen | De Strateeg: Wat als een door AI-bestuurde drone het verkeerde doel raakt?

Kunstmatige intelligentie krijgt een steeds belangrijke rol in ons dagelijks leven. Des te meer reden voor krijgsmachten om niet achter te blijven en hier flink in te investeren. Beslissingen over leven en dood komen dus steeds vaker van machines. Wie is er verantwoordelijk als een door AI-bestuurde drone het verkeerde doel raakt?
