On Tuesday, November 15, Stephan de Spiegeleire was a panelist on the concluding panel of the classified section of the Joint 2016 Defense Operations Research Symposium (DORS) organized by the Australian Defense Science and Technology Group. The topic of the panel was “Informing and Supporting the Defense Decision Maker” and it brought together: Air Vice Marshall Mel Hupfeld (Head Force Design in Vice Chief of Defense Force Group), Dr. Tod Mansell (First Assistant Secretary, Strategic Policy and Intelligence Initiatives of the Australian Department of Defense), Jamie Morin (Director of Cost Assessment and Program Evaluation, US Department of Defense), and Richard Leigh Program Manager for the UK Defense Science and Technology Laboratory (DSTL).
