De Strateeg: Olie in het post-coronatijdperk

Analisten schrokken van de ineenstorting van de olieprijs. Die verliep razendsnel en de toekomst was ineens onzeker. Hoe anders ziet de wereld er nu uit. Tegelijkertijd zijn de grote machtsblokken in de wereld bezig om klimaatneutraal te worden. Europa mikt op 2050, China op 2060 en onder president Biden doet ook Amerika weer serieus mee met de klimaatambities. In die groene wereld is op de lange termijn geen plaats meer voor fossiele brandstoffen. Dat werd onlangs nog eens extra benadrukt door het panel van klimaatexperts van de Verenigde Naties, de IPCC.

Toch is olie de komende decennia nog altijd hard nodig. Hoe dat zit legt de gast van deze week uit. Anderhalf jaar geleden was zij ook al te gast om te praten over deze ongekende crisis. Nu om de situatie te analyseren nu die 180 graden is gedraaid. Je hoort het van:
