Conference: NATO’s 75th Anniversary: from Madrid to Washington

April 29, 2024

Tuesday, 7th May 2024, from 12:00 to 13:30 h. CEST (UTC+2). Venue: Espacio Bertelsmann, c/ O’Donnell 10, Madrid.

On the 75th anniversary of the Treaty of Washington this roundtable seeks to prepare the ground ahead of the Washington Summit this summer (July 2024) by raising awareness about challenges and opportunities for the Alliance in a context of ongoing war in Europe, increasing turmoil in the Middle East and political transitions in the United States and Europe. The event will also touch upon Spain’s role within NATO and assess the implementation of the Strategic Concept adopted by Allies in Madrid in 2022.
