An active duty Lieutenant-Colonel from the Royal Netherlands Army, his particular interest concerns Strategic Foresight, Defence Capability Development and Defence Planning, Hybrid Threats, Land Operations, Communication and Engagement

The expertise of HCSS – The Hague Centre for Strategic Studies (and its network) provide the unique opportunity to connect to the wider foreign- and security affairs context. As an active-duty Army officer with practical experience in both joint/combined operations and comprehensive approach policy development, I intend to bring additional value to the already existing body of expertise of HCSS”
