Dr. LI Qiang is currently an associate professor of law and the director of the Military Law Institute, Law School at China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). He holds a Ph.D. in international law and specializes in international humanitarian law (IHL). Over the past few years, he has participated in several China’s Track 2 dialogues with US and EU on security governance of artificial intelligence.
