It is now two years since Russia forcibly annexed Crimea. On 31 March a panel convened at the University of Leiden, Campus the Hague, will discuss the violations of public international law and the challenges to the international legal system. Also, the panel will look into a wider political context of the issue and its implications for the European security.
The key-speaker is Prof. Oleksandr Zadorozhnii. Prof. Zadorozhnii is the President of the Ukrainian Association of International Law and Head of the International Law Department at the Institute of International Relations of Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University.
