In line with HSD’s ambition to increase the number of skilled employees available for security organisations, HSD is setting up the Security Talent Community. It focuses on aligning the demand for skilled personnel with the availability of students and professionals interested in making a career in safety and security. The community is supported by the Security Talent platform, that offers an up-to-date overview of jobs, assignments, internships, public and private courses and trainings in security.
The portal will be officially launched during this HSD Café by Ingrid van Engelshoven, deputy mayor and alderman for the Knowledge Economy, International Affairs, Youth and Education of The Hague. We have furthermore invited speakers with different backgrounds to reflect on the development of human capital in the safety and security field and on the related opportunities and challenges of the security labour market.
