On August 29-30, Stephan De Spiegeleire took part in the Politische Gespraeche at Forum Alpbach in Austria. He gave a presentation in a panel on the topic of ‘Global Commons’, and also presented his views on ‘The Financial Economic Crisis and Reform of Smaller Armed Forces’ to a selected audience from the Austrian Ministry of Defence.
