Reason to celebrate?
Kosovo: 2 years after the declaration of independence.
Interested in having a word with the Dutch ambassador in Kosovo? Wanna know whats really going on in Kosovo? Then this BalkanBorrel is for you!

On the 17th of February Kosovo celebrates its two-year independence. Time to look back. Henk Voskamp, Dutch ambassador in Kosovo, will talk about Kosovos achievements and obstacles in terms of peace and stability in the passed two years. What trouble lies ahead still? What can the Dutch government and civil society do? The panel will include Christa Meindersma, vice-director of the Hague Centre for Strategic Studies and Kosovo civil society representatives Milos Milovanovic (Fractal) and Valdete Idrizi (CBM).
