The OPCW Academic Forum brings together leading academics, scientists, diplomats, and policy-makers involved in shaping and implementing disarmament and non-proliferation policies, in particular those related to the prohibition of chemical weapons. HCSS Director Rob de Wijk and Stephan de Spiegeleire, Director Defence Transformation at HCSS, gave a presentation. The Forum took place on 18 and 19 September 2007 at the World Forum Convention Center (WFCC) in The Hague, the Netherlands.
