The Hague Centre for Strategic Studies presents latest edition of HCSS GeoRisQ Monitor

June 4, 2012

The Hague Centre for Strategic Studies (HCSS) is very pleased to present the latest edition of the HCSS GeoRisQ Monitor. In this Monitor, HCSS experts assess the likelihood of humanitarian catastrophes across the world using the prevalence of food dependency and vulnerability to natural disasters in combination with the level of (in)effectiveness of governments.

The GeoRisQ Monitor provides big picture overviews of trends, risks, and opportunities across different fields to decision makers, analysts, and everyone taking a vivid interest in the ‘state of the world’. It offers data-based visualizations of global developments on a country-by-country basis in an interactive world map. Bi-monthly, GeoRisQ Monitor publishes a publicly accessible Monitor on a topic of strategic importance accompanied by a strategic briefing of one of the HCSS experts.
