De nationale veiligheid wordt steeds meer door ontwikkelingen in de internationale omgeving bepaald. Op 10 juni jl. werden de jaarlijkse Strategische Monitors van Clingendael en HCSS en enkele onderliggende rapporten gepresenteerd aan de Minister van Defensie.
