On April 23, Stephan De Spiegeleire will take part in the Prague Transatlantic Talks 2013, organized by the Association for International Affairs under the auspices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech and the NATO Public Diplomacy Division.
Stephan will present his thoughts on “Developing NATO Capabilities under Public Disapproval and Economic Austerity”.
On April 24, he will brief experts from the Czech Ministry of Defence, General Staff, Centre for Strategic Studies Brno and Ministry of Foreign Affairs on “How Small Can Be Beauitful: Strategic Foresight and Capability Development in Small European Countries:”
