Lucia van Geuns | Nieuwsuur: De langzame afbrokkeling van Poetins oliesector

Al sinds 2023 valt Oekraïne olieraffinaderijen in Rusland aan. De afgelopen maanden nemen de aanvallen explosief toe: Oekraïense drones weten steeds dieper in Rusland olieraffinaderijen te raken. Met behulp van osint-onderzoek bekeken wij bijna 80 inslagen in Rusland en zagen dat 22 van de 34 grote raffinaderijen in het land zijn getroffen. Maar wat raken de Oekraïners precies? En wat is het effect van de olie-aanvallen op Poetins oorlogskas?

We bespreken het met drie Russische economen en energie-experts. En we reisden voor deze video af naar Oekraïne én Rusland om te kijken wat de impact is.
