January 22nd HCSS and the Atlantic Commission organised a meeting in Perscentrum Nieuwspoort in the Hague. The consequences of the financial crisis was the topic of discussion. Speakers at the meeting were HCSS’ director Rob de Wijk en Jakob de Haan (professor political economics at the University of Groningen).
