HCSS Chair of Negotiations Dr Sven Koopmans was invited to give the keynote speech for the annual conference of the European Negotiation Association, gathering scholars and practioners in all forms of negotiations: from procurement and labour talks to aviation disputes and mergers & acquisitions.
Sven discussed proven ways to combine theory and practice, and the importance of building skills and of sharing experiences. Negotiation is a profession as well as an art, and building and sharing experience can help beginners as well as seasoned experts.
