Dr. Arlinda Rrustemi and Prof. Rob de Wijk presented our latest report “Geopolitical Influences of External Powers in the Western Balkans” on Monday for an audience of high-ranking military personnel, ambassadors and diplomats from all around Europe! The report examines how and to what extent multiple external actors are increasing their influence over the political elites and peoples of Western Balkans countries. The presentation raised an interesting discussion between members of the audience, as well as the presenters themselves.
