Tim Sweijs and Joshua Polchar are presenting the first results of the EU project Evolving Concepts of Security (EvoCS) to a select audience of senior policymakers and security experts from France, Great Britain and the Netherlands. The meeting takes place at the Royal United Service Institute on 29th January and is by invitation only. The EvoCS project assesses perceptions of security and risk across the EU, and captures salient differences amongst regions, countries and actors, to inform more effective and more legitimate security policies.
