On 27 October the special elective course on ‘Geo-Economics’ kicked off at Leiden University, Campus the Hague.
The course is taught by HCSS Strategic Analyst Dr. Sijbren de Jong and focuses in detail on the contests between great powers for access to natural resources, energy resources in particular.
The course spans a total of six lectures from 27 October until 14 November and includes special guest lectures given by high-level speakers from the European Commission, NATO, and the energy industry.
