HCSS is one of the partners of EvoCS, a project that deals with the evolving concept of security in the European Union and its close neighbors. The project aims at developing a holistic perspective on the complex and diffuse concept of security by analyzing it on four dimensions: core values, perceptions of security, areas of security and time.
Research will take place in four regional case studies, representative for the EU. The results of this research will be used to formulate recommendations for various types of security end-users and will serve as guidelines for policy makers.
