On 20th February, HCSS will launch the LGBT Military Index, the world’s first ranking of inclusion of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender personnel in armed forces.
We have produced a comprehensive, detailed, and revealing index of over 100 countries, based on around 20 policies and practices. This will be an invaluable resource for policymakers, military leaders, diversity managers, LGBT inclusion advocates, and all other interested parties.
