On Thursday 30 April, Tim Sweijs will take part in a panel of experts at Clingendael Institute on China’s role in Peacekeeping and Counter Terrorism in Mali.
The aim of this ICCT/Clingendael meeting is to gain an insight into how China’s security role in Africa is evolving and whether this creates new opportunities for local and European actors to cooperate with China.
