Controller
Leo Hauser is our controller, before joining at HCSS, he has worked for many years as finance manager/ controller at JMAC an international consulting company, his main task was analysis of projects, control and responsibility of the financial administration and preparation of financial reports including balance sheet, budget and forecast.
Leo has build up a lot of experience as interim financial in several airline and ground handling companies at the Schiphol Airport area and he has worked also at General Motors as consultant in the automotive industry, in dealer process on after sales business for The Netherlands, Belgium and Norway, his main workload was current status analyses at auto dealers and implementation of management & monitoring modules (KPI’s), business process for higher productivity/ efficiency & profit and additional improvement of higher retention of customers.
At HCSS, Leo is responsible for the finance and project control related tasks, such as the accounting, the reporting, budget cycles, management information, cash flow management and tax declaration. In this role he advices and supports HCSS staff on the finance and control aspects of projects and oversees the overall quality of this.
